I think our host also sells them.
I could put it together without instructions on the engine bit, but I'd need a hint on adhesive and how the electric motor installs.

You betcha! No instructions... and even some parts left over!
(I'm just more efficient than the engineers)

ps: mine is coming, but the English version. Hopefully the same quality, it's also by Franzis

I say I can but I bought these and a couple others in 2000 and still haven't touched them. I thought I would but I like them just like they are so I guess not.

I'm not far from John Walker. If I run into problems, I'll take it to his shop.

Well, I couldn't so like every time I get stuck, Youtube! A German kid put one together and watched his video several times until a got it. He did make some mistakes in one take then the next take the mistake was corrected. I made two mistakes heads/cam tower upside down and didn't install the oil return tubes. Other than that success!

It didn't fire. More starting fluid?

Baz 04-08-2017 06:22 PM

That is very cool....I would need instructions.....and even then I would screw it up.....

That reminds me of when I spun a rod bearing in my inline 6 77 Datsun 280Z (low oil condition 6000 RPM). I tore it down, fixed all the problems, and re-assembled without ever looking at instructions (google/youtube didn't exit) The only thing I looked up was the firing order. It ran great after the plug wires were in order.
