Trying to be discrete. An application is close to being denied. Yeah, I know a first.....

The background Investigator doesn't see enough "cause" to issue. Despite some very good and to me, compelling reasons. The same that others have cited and been granted a permit from the same agency.

I would prefer to not discuss the issues, who, what and where even on a forum that requires a membership. You never know who is lurking.
