Forever grateful to these brave soldiers. RIP.
-------------------------------
The opening scene of Saving Private Ryan would have to be one the most harrowing war scene ever filmed.
Spielberg did an amazing job. He truly honored those brave men.

The part when the Germans shoot into the landing craft with a an MG42 will forever haunt me.

Words cannot describe the fear (but ultimately the courage) of those brave boys who plunged into chest deep water, under heavy gunfire, against insurmountable odds . WOW, my hat is off to them !
