Arnica Montana For Tennis Elbow

I think I have found something that works for Me. I actually fly for a few Doctors and their advice was Rest and Ice which didn't help much. I found Arnica Montana At Puritans Pride In a cream 4 oz jar the most cost effective and best thing I have ever tried. I am doing things now that I had not done in years. My wife even noticed. Highland also makes some small tablets that you pop under your tongue. Has any one ever tried it?

Homeopathic remedies - almost by definition - don't work (since they don't have any active ingredients).

Therefore, according to everything we currently understand about biology, chemistry, and physics homeopathy is highly implausible and should not work. And, when we carefully study homeopathic remedies they in fact do not work.

Probably just the placebo effect. It has a nice name, though.

Arnica is very cool!
We use it for the kids when they get hurt.
Those small pills have an effect.

I have used Arnicare on an elbow problem a few years ago and it seemed to help.

Doesn't seem to have as much of an effect on my knees though.

I used it as a cream all the time - Arnica is cool... I totally get homeopathy's impossibility (at least with today's science), but arnica.... just works. There's no placebo effect when you put it on a child's bump and the thing goes away in no time... Bruises go away faster, ligament issues, sore muscles, I swear by it as well... It just works... Note: I don't even know if the tubes I have are just plant extract or diluted homeopathic style, I don't care either, it works... as a plant it's known for its anti-inflammation properties. Not sure the OP was even referring to a homeopathic version... As a plant medicine, it's really good, try it !

Arnica Montana, isn't she a porn star?

Just because you don't understand how it works, it does not follow that it does not work. People say acupuncture does not work too.
