Lost iPhone Gmail - Password Issue - Help!!!
 

Changed the password in my Gmail account and now I can no longer get my Gmail on my iPhone 5.
What to do?

I tried to follow the online remedy instructions but my phone will not accept what I do. My iPhone Gmail will not accept my new Gmail password.

Login to the browser version.

Also delete account and add account again. Are you using your phone's mail client or Gmail?

iPhone 5? Doesn't that use smoke signals?

I forgot where I annotated my new passwords and got confused.
Tried using a password from something else.
It's all OK now.

I'm too old for this tech stuff...or maybe too lazy. :D

Yes, I deleted it and recreated it...but it wouldn't work w/wrong password...obviously. :)

This is why all my passwords are Password.

Easy to remember and I figure no one thinks anyone is stupid enough to still be using that one so it's rock solid secure.

Sadly, there are tons of folks that use password, Password, P455w0rd, P@55w0rd, etc..... Those probably get cracked first.
