Anyone have it?

Picked up an 06 Kia Sorento for the daughter.

Power mirrors are not working.

Pulled a few wiring diagrams off the net but they are not the exact model / year.

Started to diagnose and thought I was not getting power to the door switch when in fact I am getting power there but I'm not sure where the power is coming from, should be coming off ACC but that does not jive with the diagrams / pinouts I have.

The main wiring diagram indicates the mirrors are tied into audio after the ignition switch which could likely be the issue as well.

The head unit had been replaced and the installer may have botched something.

If anyone has access to the switch pinout diagrams with color code for the wiring I'd appreciate it.

06' Kia Sorento EX 2WD. Not sure if it has the folding mirrors or not, I suspect no.

Thanks

We use Alldata pro in our shop, and mitchel too, and it has been mostly accurate...

We have the luxury of requesting updated data when we find an error which they will send to us within 20mins on average.

Sorted it.

Getting power all the way through to the mirror.

Motors appear frozen.

You know how you can still manually move power mirrors, these don't budge.

Ordered a set.

Could it just be a little rust gumming up the cables and/or pivots?
If so, a little spray and exercise goes a long way.

Hey it's broken already so break it more.
