Years ago, I was white water rafting, and there was a dog that rode the rapids every day...had his little life vest on and everything. He belonged to one of the outfitters, but just solo'd it down the river with anybody. When he tired, he'd come up to a dawg person and hitch a ride in their kayak for a spell...I normally don't pick up hitchhikers....but I did that day
