That is Mulholland Dr but not the famed old racecourse. The footage is between Coldwater and Deep Canyon heading west, the course was Coldwater to Laurel Cyn.
And the driver is a complete douche for driving like that, especialy down Deep Canyon. Every February they winch the cars up that have gone off, always a worth a giggle.
There is an excellent thread on Pelican, thousands of pages worth, started by more sane Mul fans.
