Any opinion on the Mercedes ML 350?

Looking for a tough 4 door, cross over that requires basic maintenance mostly.

The wife has a 2008 v6, pretty base model, super easy to maintain myself, except she takes it to a local indy shop for the major services.... Hers has the 4matic option, but not the air suspension. Will be replacing the stock shocks/struts with Bilstein performance stuff. Has been very reliable, but seems to go through headlight bulbs quickly. This will likely become my daughters car next year.

No opinion on the ML350, didn't care all that much for my ML320. I'd be looking at a Toyota 4runner, if I were looking.
