Apart from the 40% nut as a buyin, the you are at the mercy of the management company, and the ferocious depreciation if the complex is not maintained, are there any pros and cons I should be aware of?
Are there any advantages to running it as an S or C corp. Disclosure - I'm on vacation, the rum was flowing, and I saw the top line price of where we are. I may be less enthusiastic tomorrow when the hangover hits... |
