does anyone know where to rent a stick shift in LA?
 

MY 23-year-old son lives in Los Angeles (West Hollywood area) and needs to quickly learn how to drive a stick for a job he just got. I live in Texas so I'm not able to teach him. Does anyone know where he can rent one? Just a basic car or even pick up. If so, I have a friend out there (Calabasas) who will teach him. In fact, renting one near Calabasas would be even better. Thank you!!

Thanks. I've did a similar Google search and although lots of places come up none of them rent manual transmissions, or at least I haven't been able to find one. I was thinking perhaps there is some small independent place that does. None of the major companies seem to do so.

Also, not sure why it's showing as my first post. I've been a member since 2012 but it's been a while since I've been active.
