Old porsche shop towel

I had a customer who just lost his 993 cab and gave me this unused shop towel.

Pretty damn cool

Or instead of buying one for $39 on eBay, you can get a pack of five for the same price from St0ddard or here on Pelican.

Canada Kev..i hope you did not ruined the happiness for the OP..?

yup these towel are nowadays everywhere but i wonder if any one would use them to wipe oil from let`s say ,when you fill the car, you drip a little on side of the fender????
These towel meant to be used in an emergency to wipe your hand while on the road....so you can get going after you had a flat tire or so....;-)

I'm sure the OP will be ok with the knowledge that he's not in possession of a piece of priceless Porsche memorabilia. But really, they're still kinda pricy for what they are. And how can you put a monetary value on an awesome gift from a friend...?

I've got a few in the garage and at least one in my road kit. It's kinda cool to have the Porsche branded 'rag' in the frunk.

yes i know this is not a vintage paul newman daytona. but its brand new and from a customer who was a 1 owner of a 993 that was just totaled. he dropped it off and i thought it was a nice gesture.

you can tell its been folded perfectly for years.

still newer to this P car world. but so far so good

you used to be able to buy them at the dealership. I have a dozen of them. I can't believe they sell on eBay for $30 each

Not anymore, those are NLA for years, however, the two Alcantera versions are still available, full and partial. (Not sure if they still carry all colors.)

Kind of like those little pocket-sized spec guides that Porsche used to sell - now they're a "c" note at least on ebay.

(Never throw anything away with Porsche logo on it!!)
