My tongue is numb...

Don't suggest a chiropractor....I bit the hell out of the tip about 4-5 weeks ago chewing :(. Took maybe 15-20 minutes to get it to stop bleeding...and it's still not back to normal. I miss my tasty tongue...figured it'd be normal by now....I'm such a dumbazz...

Why did you bite your tongue?

Brush out your entire mouth with baking soda.

This girl asked me if the shorts she was wearing made her az....

Naw...I'm just a dumbazz...been chewing for decades and forgot how :).

I've nicked it a couple of times in my life...but this was a magnum chomp down :(

Haven't ever heard of a tonguopractor or even a tongue splint. There is some stuff for Thrush that has lidocaine in it. That might help with the pain part.

No pain....just the tip of my tongue is still numb....

I haven't taken as much as an aspirin since I was a sophmore in college and broke my nose....doc swabbed some COCAINE up my schnozz....asked me if I was driving or walking...gave me a Tylenol #3 (codiene as I recall)....was making my skin crawl before I walked back to the dorm.....don't like pain meds....at ALL :(.

This may take a while. You might have severed some nerves?

I was curious if you had dental work before you bit it.

The feeling will probably come back with time.
Hopefully.
