NE=HI Rattled and strange

A rock band with their video tribute to the movie "color of money". I agree with the guy on AZ Billiards who posted that the video work was better than the music or the cue ability. (awkward stroking like you see on most TV ads that include pool playing)

But, I'm old...remember the golden era of rock...the 60's. Before video when the sound was all.

So, I'm curious. What do our younger members, say 40 and below, think of this group?

I'm 51.

Pretty formulaic. The guitar into almost had me turn off at 20 sec but I gutted it out to 1:20 for you. Then the vocals came on and did nothing for me.

I didn't care for the production mix - all twangy guitar and stylized vocals. There rest of the band was lost - and that might be where I would have found something interesting in the song!

Summary. Not my thing. I have some strong music opinions and while I am not considered as a world leader on music criticism although maybe I should be?

What are your thoughts?

well, I could tell that they'd be easy picking for a pool hustler. In other words, terrible pool players.

The music? Like fingernails on a blackboard to me...but like I said, I'm old.

Nice to know I wasn't too old to recognize bad music when I heard it.

And by the way, when big money is on the line, pool matchups are nothing like portrayed in the video.
