Mouse traps freak me out

I HATE setting these things. They give me the heebie jeebies like nothing else. Except maybe my first wife.

I take it you never had to make a mouse trap car with your son when he was in HS Physics, or did you blow that one off.

I hate 'em too. Vice grips makes it easy ..

Mouse traps are nothing. The RAT traps are the ones to be extra careful with!

This. I've got 3 mousetraps under my work desk right now. I occasionally trip one with my foot. I've reset them more times than I can count. I've snapped my fingers a few times. It stings for a few seconds. That's it.

On the other hand, rat traps will break fingers...

??? Used to trap muskrat. Mouses? You've got to be kidding, you don't even have to get wet.

Ayles 10-09-2017 06:28 PM

I had a rat trap walk off...

Blood everywhere ...

flatbutt 10-09-2017 06:45 PM

I don't mind setting them. But emptying them creeps me out. Those bug eyes staring up at you...

legion 10-09-2017 06:49 PM

Grab them by the sides.

wdfifteen 10-09-2017 06:50 PM

I never thought I would be the one to ask this, but does anyone here still have a man card??

flatbutt 10-09-2017 06:52 PM

:p :D

Every time I stop catching mice in the basement...I know a big snake has gotten in the house. Those are creepy.

No blood, but the large rat trap was nowhere to be found.

I use the sticky traps. I forget the name but that is better than the ones where you can get your finger slammed.

Evans, Marv 10-09-2017 08:18 PM

I you're scared of mouse traps, you'd probably be scared of gopher traps too.
