Cool toy.
He must have great eyes and very fast reactions. And he is going above the speed limit! For aircraft flying below 10,000 feet above sea level: 250 knots is the speed limit. I wonder if he will get a speeding ticket. ;) |
and the cameraman!

I knew it. Germany. Those guys love pushing the RC aircraft envelope. Bigger, faster, more authentic....
|
Crazy. I'd want to be in a foxhole if I were there watching that.

All tingly now.

§heeeeeeit! That view from the back on takeoff makes a T/F dragster look like a Prius!
I wonder how much damage he could do if he crashed into one of those solar arrays? |
|
^ Ahhhh.... This gives me wood :D(plasti-wrap/dip decals that is!)

Not much torque on those small jet engines, they had to catapult launch it.
Was into flying RC when they made the first small jet engines for RC. The trick was the bearings and some RC guys working at Timken bearings took it on as a challenge. |
Slowpoke. How about a sailplane with no engine at 505 mph?

Of course it is the RC Drones that are all the rage. And as much as I dislike the "drones", this guy has some really talented flying skills.
