A sad story from up here in Canada
The mayor of Happy Valley Goose Bay in Labrador dies from an accidental shot gun blast while hunting. It's quite a sad story that spanned 3 or 4 days in the local papers before
he passed away due to his injuries. With Christmas just around the corner, even sadder. I was unable to provide details here, perhaps someone handier (smarter) than me could post it here.

Very sad but I too think there may be more to the story . Just think about how you normally carry a shotgun , either over your shoulder , across your body or muzzle pointing forward . How do you get it in a position to shoot yourself in the face by accident ? From the article he seemed to be a great guy .

Poop happens to good people, going to a close friend's funeral today, car crash head on.
Eileen was 52, lost her husband and my brothers best friend to cancer 8 years ago. Leaves a 19yr/old son who adored her an orphan, good kid who lives at home in his 1st year of college.
