New Year’s Eve gun show at the Atlanta farmers market today. Had always had my eye on the new Ruger Mk IV and stepped in it shortly before closing time. Snagged a limited edition Hunter and 1000 rounds.

My wife thought she heard someone shooting a 22 in the wooded acreage behind our house today. I know nothing :D

Very nice! I have a Mark II. It's one of my favorites. I hadn't been able to shoot it the last few years without any 22 around. I've been told that the Mark V's are having teething problems.

Sweet! That gun is infinitely easier to clean than any other similar gun. Congrats! That’s kryptonite herebin CA. Or I would own the lightweight version. :(

Nice score. You will love it. Ruger finally made it user-friendly to clean, which was always the downside of ownership.
