Then cup of freshly ground French roast coffee Water throughout the day 6pm -12 midnight, bottle of red wine No, soda, ever (Weekends, wine quotient may increase ymmv) (Food, all organic, home cooked, balanced veg/protein- I don't eat out much, rarely worth the expense given what I can produce at home) |

I start out with either a glass of juice or milk with breakfast, a big tumbler of tap water with ice before lunch, usually 1 can of pop for lunch, and another tumbler of ice water before dinner. For dinner, it could be a beer, milk, juice, or more water.
I tend to drink alot of ice water at all times of the year, no coffee, and try to limit sugary drinks. |
Black coffee, 2% milk, black coffee, Powerade, Pepsi, water, Pepsi, water, black coffee, Yuengling, black coffee. I pee a lot.

Black tea with milk and honey as soon as I can make it without spilling it, then mostly green tea all day long. An occasional coffee, very rarely a soda, scotch,wine,sherry as the mood moves me. In hot weather home made sun tea and lemon water.

I drink 2 or 3 cups of coffee in the morning, with cream. I don't know what it is about coffee, but I can't drink more than that. I get to a certain point and can't stand any more. Every once in a while, I'll skip a day or two and I don't seem to miss the caffeine. Once in a blue moon, I'll have a small glass of OJ.
The rest of the day, I have a bottle of water at hand. I go through several a day; in hot weather I go through several liters a day. I keep bottles of water in the bedroom and it's not unusual for me to go through a half liter during the night. No longer drink soft drinks, I rarely drink iced tea. I might have a beer or two at night, with dinner, or a glass of wine, or two. Maybe once or twice a month I'll make a cocktail or two. I sometimes go days, or a week, without alcohol. |

Gave up coffee over a year ago - don't miss it
Don't drink soda. I do like an occasional rum/coke Water in the morning Tea in the morning Water and sparkling water throughout the day. Not a beer drinker - rye, bourbon or scotch is my choice for alcohol. I will have wine occasionally - I use it in cooking. |
I drink a lot of water, coffee on most mornings. Not much soda, unless it has whiskey in it.

I am also a coffee 2-3 cups in the morning then done, keep a refillable water bottle at my desk.
Two guys in my shop drink coffee all day, they will make a pot first thing then keep chugging multiple pots all day, even make a pot at 4:00 (we sign out at 5:00) don't know how they do it. But then they also take three smoke breaks a day, I would be spinning from caffeine/nicotine. Last year I did a cleansing diet and cut out coffee for month or two, went through two weeks of withdrawals. Real eye opener. |
one cup of coffee a day for me..altho my one cup is extraordinary huge. it's like the Fosters beer can of coffee.
