Larry David is my hero. I love that show and season 9 is awesome. I read there will be a season 10 as well. Cheryl Hines sure has had a lot of bad plastic surgery though.

Nope. I give it a 3 out of 10. He should have retired after Seinfeld.

JB Smoove is my favorite character. What a great addition.

This show is hilarious. You see so much of the characters from Seinfeld in Larry.

Jeff garlin is hilarious. My favorite is when people talk down about george Costanza and Larry gets that look in his eye hahaha

JB is one of the great ad libers of all time.

Jeff Garlin's wife is also hilarious (IMO anyway). Haven't heard her say it lately but her favorite term for Larry David in the early years was calling him the "four-eyed F**K" and he lived in fear of her.

Seen every episode and some many times. Best show ever. I recently caught one on a flight I hadn't seen before and it was awesome. I hope to run into Larry one day and have him insult Mrs. Lee and myself.

I think some people don't realize that George is based on Larry. The Seinfeld reunion episodes were really good.

Larry David is a genius in his field.

I really like Super Dave as Funkhouser too. Its a really well cast show.

First time around it grew on me, not a fan at first, but enjoyed it by the end.

IMHO, Jerry Seinfeld would be still be slogging around the comedy club circuit if it weren't for that luckiest of days when he crossed paths with Larry David. After starting to watch CYE, I realized just how much of 'Seinfeld' was Larry and how little of it was Jerry.

Larry provided a number of off-camera voices, as well as making a few cameos on 'Seinfeld'. He also did the recurring voice-over for the George Steinbrenner character.

Larry himself says that the character he plays on CYE is the polar opposite of his own personality, and that in playing 'Larry', he gets to say & do stuff that he'd never be able to in real life.


He's my favorite character on CYE...like the way he always calls Larry 'LD'.

No way. Larry David is extremely annoying on his best day.

Well everyone has their opinion, moving on 9 seasons, people are still watching. Meaning hbo is still buying and he's still cashing the checks...

If only he was a porsche guy like Jerry, we might see him at rennsport this year

Much like the reason we stopped watching Seinfeld. There are enough neurotic people in day to day life, so that the last thing I want to do at home is watch a TV show about neurotic people.
