NFL Rejects freedom of speech unless you disrespect the USA
NFL rejects veterans group's Super Bowl ad urging people to stand for the anthem | Fox News
They claim to be impartial yet continue to pander to players who disrespect our flag, our country, our veterans AND have rejected an ad by AMVETS that said "please stand". Reminds me of an old Kodak commercial: "I see your true colors coming through" BOYCOTT the Super Bowl and tell the advertisers you've done so (you can get a list without watching the game). Money talks but Ratings drop screams.

It’s a Private for profit co. Not sure why freedom of speech for outsiders should apply.
The nfl is a joke imo and I’d laugh if it goes tits up thanks to the stupid selfish kneeling stunts but I don’t think it’s a public institution where we get to dictate direction. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

First, and foremost, I am a football fan, so I WILL be watching the game, and adds on superbowl Sunday. I tune in to see the action on the feild, and don't really care about much else about the pomp/circumstance surrounding the proceedings.
It irritates me that they actually show the kneeling players, thus giving them a platform for their agenda....let them protest in silence, and it is a non-issue. Media sensationalism is what's wrong with this country. |

i remember the kneeling was in protest of the perceived (real or unreal) unfair treatment of people of color by the law enforcement agencies.
it had nothing to do with disrespecting the USA. that would involve turning your back to the flag during the anthem..no? the superbowl is the only game i watch all year..i'm doing Korean chicken wings this year!!

All you respect the flag guys know the displaying the flag horizontal is wrong?
So the huge flag they roll out across the field at the being of the game is disrespectful in and of itself.
