The End of the F****** World

Anyone else catch this new show on Netflix ? Read about it and decided to check it out, ended up bingeing all 8 (very short) episodes.
Definitely different (very dark at times and funny at times) and leaves one wondering how they could do a season 2?

In the middle of it now. On episode 6 I think. So far, so good. Fun little program to fill the time. Definitely different indeed but in a good way.

Those two have great chemistry.

It's dark, but has some really funny stuff. I liked it a lot. I hope they get a S2.

Netflix is doing some great stuff. I just started Shameless. WH Macy really knows how to play the loser.

As for doing follow ups, some things just don't need a Season 2, Godless is a perfect example.

Agreed. Shameless has become my favorite on Netflix. I watch it at least once a day and have gone through all 7 seasons at least 3 times. It only gets better as the series goes on. Just waiting on them to release all the episodes of season 8 before I sign up for the week of free Showtime to binge that one.

I saw the preview, looked odd (not a bad thing). I haven't queued it up.

Not to spoil anything but if you just started Shameless you have no idea re: the depths of depravity Frank Gallagher is capable of diving into and talk about a dysfunctional family ??... WH Macy is truly great in that part but the whole cast is also.

Since we're just gonna thread drift, I wish they'd kill off Frank. I guess his storyline this season is alright (St. Francis), but I haven't liked him since the Bianca episodes.

I remember when Blockbuster (remember them?) had a chance to buy Netflix for pennies years ago... they passed... said it would never catch on... people wanted to go to a brick and mortar.
