Not many had hub caps. Probably not.

Beat me to it, but it looks almost identical to early-to-mid 80's Monte Carlo.

Outstanding. All I had to do was Google it and there it was.

The guys I share the shop with (I have one deep bay) have three bays of "Storage Wars" stuff.

Three hubcaps. One said Cougar, one had the Pontiac emblem and this one.

Wonder what the story is behind the helmet?

Marketing. In the fall of '69,when the first generation Monte Carlo came out it was basically a two door Chevelle with a longer nose and nicer upholstery.
Just a made up badge. And wheel covers were what they usually wore.
