Ray Lewis: 21st Century OJ
OJ did it in a fit of jealousy. Lewis did it because he's a thug.
It is amazing how the NFL, ESPN, every other media outlet loves this guy. OJ & Lewis should start the NFL Un-convicted, (allegedly), Murders Cub. Last edited by Buckterrier; 11-11-2012 at 04:16 PM.. |

Ray Lewis is 1/1000 the POS OJ was.... Call him what you want, he's a hell of player and has lasted in league longer than most. He's still a great player. If you want to see a real piece of garbage, look at James Harrison...

You got that right Art. I love football but it has become thuggery at it's finest.
OJ had his glove that 'didn't fit'. Thug lewis has his white suit that 'disappeared'. Quote:
I'll reiterate... OJ at least had a reason for allegedly murdering, he was jealous. Your boy is just a thug, allegedly murdered someone because he enjoyed it., (not that OJ didn't). Good football player of course. This thread isn't about good football players.

Nope. I was born after he retired. For years I thought he was famous for the Naked Gun movie(s).
![]() There are many thugs in the NFL - who cares...?! No such thing as bad publicity. You can see how the thug element has hurt the NFL owners pocketbooks---- ![]() |

If Lewis played as good as he talks he'd be making a go-zillion dollars per game.
I got no use for him. |

I must have missed when Harrison stabbed someone. Could you point me to it?

This thread is gonna have some legs if we are discussing the legal transgressions of football players. Wayne, I think you are going to need a bigger server.

A drug charge is one thing, but being a murderer is a whole other level. Rapistberger should be in this thread too.

Indeed Lewis is a POS. I'm so tired of hearing how he's such a great "role model" for other players.
And it's only going to get worse when he retires. Of course, everyone will just ignore that fact that because of him (and his friends) 2 men are dead....yep, that's a real role model.

I think there is some dumb ass ESPN special about him tonight. Think they'll mention how he 'lost' the white suit he was wearing that night, turned on his posy to save his own sorry ass? Think they'll mention the largest fine ever levied on a player or the payoff to the two families of the murdered men? I'll never know as I sure as hell won't be watching it.

Traveled through BWI last night and many of the Southwest ticket agents had Ray Lewis jerseys on, found that a little strange.

Perfectly normal in Baltimore. I believe "rabid" is the appropriate adjective for Baltimore fans. Professional attire? Just put on yer authentic jersey, hon.

I just don't watch. Never watched any of the OJ deal, from the white bronco until he went to prison in Nevada. He was always a thug from Hunter's Point. World class speed, incredible athletic specimen, but a thug.
If Mr Lewis' team is playing, my TV is on a different channel or off.
