I've just ordered a Mossberg 590A1
I went for the 18.5'' barrel with ghost ring sights, S&J +2 mag extension, and Magpul stock and foregrip.
I wanted the "Mariner" (silver) version but it wasn't available for 8 months so I ended up with the black parkerised version. I'll see how the black grows on me and then decide if I get it Cerakoted silver. I'm so excited. It should be available by this weekend. I haven't fired a shotgun for 15 years so I'm looking forward to the kick of a rifled slug. I was torn between the Remington 870 Tactical and the Mossberg 590A1 but the Mossberg won me over (the position of the safety and the dual extractors mainly but the "MilSpec" aspect certainly helped in the decision making process  ).I know its certainly not a Benelli or Beretta but I'm happy! Pics next week hopefully.. |

Wish I had waited on my 870 tactical, for the same money I could have got one used with a lot of upgrades,
