Getting a bit older, I am afraid of being passed by. I like to stay on top of things by reading online every day, but sometimes its tough to get the overall picture of things.

Might be useful for us to share what's new in the world that seems to have legs. Thoughts?

Some hot things happening these days:

Everyone is buying Airbnb properties LOLOL

Cryptocurrency. May have peaked? I got in about a month ago and it seems pretty quiet lately. Volatile, for sure, but seems to have reached critical mass.

Vlogging - Everyone seems to have a Youtube channel these days. I find that to be fascinating. This space will get tougher to get into and succeed.

School shootings

What's going to be HUUUUUUGE going forward?

Marijuana is huge. I was talking to a guy in commercial real estate the other day and he was saying that fringe industrial is HUGE right now. *Just* far enough away from town to keep a low profile.

Just my attempt at humor... by combining the self driving car thread with the Harley thread.

Seeing how many of us codgers are resistant to self driving cars I'm not sure how popular a self driving motorcycle would be. For one thing most motorcycle riders are looking to be more involved in the driving experience.
