Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....

What the phuc is wrong with people?
Ok, I know this is a pointless question simply because we are talking about the human animal.....
My son and his wife are getting gas at Sam’s Club the other week when they watch a female walk right over from the pumps and over to the bushes, undue her pants and proceed to drop a turd right there in public during normal business hours to boot. Sam’s  The wife calls me this morning and proceeds to tell me about a dude start to fill his car and then walk over to the Costco attendant office, whip out his little jimmy and hose down the back of the booth. Again in public and in view of everyone. Needless to say a two way dialogue ensued between this asshat and the Mrs. when he got tired of the banter he gives the Mrs the middle finger. She kindly reply’s, “Yeah, no thanks, you couldn’t handle me...” way to go babe! Costco  Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

First off that is a pretty big fine if the popo catch you doing that...
Second off it may have to do with many establishments locking their bathrooms to keep the homeless from camping out there.

I've made the comment here a few other times that you can judge how civilised we are by the manner in which we return our grocery carts to their proper storage area.
(and this is an insult to the pig!)

True, provided you can get through to dispatch, give the info then have the time delay to get it out to the units. Also aside the fact this would be a low priority call and it take 30-45 minutes to respond. It the nature of the beast.
Then when they do get a chance to swing by, the person is gone. Unfortunately with Departments being short handed, that’s the way it is in today’s environment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

A few years back, walking in downtown Cancun (the old city), a man ahead of me leaned his arm against a tree that was in the sidewalk and looked like he was having trouble.
I was about to ask if he needed help..until I noticed the stream spreading out around his feet. People just walked around him like it was no big deal. |

Because it is all "Me, me, me" now. No once cares about anything other than themselves so why do they care what other people think when they drop a turd on the lawn or pee in the open. People (in general but not all) are not taught to be considerate of others any more. A lot of older kids these days are spoiled rotten little

I am guessing that these public toileteers were fat, as such people are often too lazy to do the decent thing(in this case to go into the facility to use the bathroom, but also often too idle to take a junction properly without cutting into the opposing lane,and park sloppily).

I imagine if you complained to the stores they could figure out who the offenders are there.
The stores should have surveillance video and may be able to see the license plates. Not to mention the offenders probably had to swipe their membership card to get service as well as paid with a credit card.
