New flooring and such!
 

Moved into the townhouse about 8 months ago, it had OK but work brown carpeting and wood-look laminate. We are in the process of tearing it out and paint kitchen cabinets, instead of replacing them.

Hardwood and tile. Not done yet, but getting there. The color is a little off on some of the pics but the wood is all the same stuff.

Trivia: bought the townhouse from the estate of Joe Cocker.

If you look in the upper right corner of the pic, you will see URY914 (Paul Woodbury's) 100 year old survey transit that he graciously gave me. I cherish it.

Nice but spendy stuff. Over $9.00/sq. ft just to buy.
