APP Idea
I have an idea for an APP I think would be successful.
I have not done any research and am starting here: How do you do it?

Learn Java, then learn how to use Android Studio.
Here's a vid of my cheesy game and the source for it for the class I did last semester. If you want I can get you copies of the course content and access to online versions of the books we used. https://itsjustcrap.com/cannon/cannon.ogv Source - https://itsjustcrap.com/cannon/source.tar.gz |

So far no duplicates. I am not able to write the app just wondering if there is a way to introduce the idea to someone who can.

They are smart as hell and trustworthy. First thing I would do, if you have an Adobe Creative Suite subscription use XD to prototype it. PRO TIP: If you have a child who is a student you can use their email address to get a nice discount for the year. Or use a prototyping solution like proto.io You want to do this before you speak to anyone about it. It's a necessary exercise to center yourself on what needs to be accomplished and reveals things that at this point you have not thought of. I'm a process guy, it's easy to say, "go to the store and get milk" when the reality is that task is an nearly endless series of micro-tasks. I need to stop typing, roll back my chair, stand up, turn left, take two steps, turn right.... you get the point. In your business I'm sure you deal with a lot of engineers and have realized they are binary and literal. Without a clear expectation of the desired result their solution to your problem will often not result in something you are 100% satisfied with.
