You need a knife? It’s from Taiwan. Very carbon steel. My wife doesn’t like it, and it first fit in my knife drawer. Very sharp. If you want me to take it to “scary” let me know. Cones with a cardboard sheath. Hehe. ![]()

I have a bunch of knives but nothing like that one. I used to use a typical Chinese cleaver, until I chipped a piece out of it and never got around to replacing it. Now I just use a 9" french chef's knife. I have no idea what that one would feel like to use...

Very interesting.
It's interesting that there's a angle at the front edge, but the back edge is rounded.

It's shaped like 1/2 bottle of vino profile. Nice.
Based upon New England antiquities, my guess is the writing translates to 'jenny i've got your number 311-0073' |
