Doesn't common sense prevail anymore? I am tired of having to clean up the exoskeltons of cup cakes left by snow flakes who are too lazy not to despoil the envirnoment with their efluence.

Or do we endlessly have to hear about some "yid" lawyer paying off someone because someone else plowed her furrow?

Well I suppose so long as the crops come in at harvest time I shouldn't care if there is soil depletion or errosion. That will be left for others to have to worry about. As said "Let them eat cup cakes."

Send them all hateful email and immediate demand for payment.
Bill personal cleanup time at $300-500/hr. Min 1/4 hr billed per policy.
Just like any bank lier or tow company or collection agency.
In 5 years bump it up to a few million outstanding accrued interest, plus collection and legal fees.
Make them sell you their first unborn.
