VPN firewall router appliance

I've used Netgear for many years with good luck. Unfortunately, they are not only discontinued, but end of life aka no support. I've been using a FVS336Gv3.

For a new business, we need something. Cisco has RV series. Really bad reviews. TP-LINK, don't trust a Chinese firewall. Zyxel has some well rated stuff. Linksys has one, but low WAN to LAN, and I stopped using Linksys when they killed my VIOP service.

Any suggestions? I need an appliance, not a server and software project.

Need ipsec VPN.
Hardware point to point VPN
200Mbps+ WAN 2 LAN
100Mbps+ VPN

I use Mikrotiks. Bit of a PITA to learn to setup, but fulfills the speed requirements just fine for reasonable $$. I've had them at many remote sites and rebooting the firewall was for all intents and purposes never the fix, extremely stable.

So with Meraki, I buy it then have to purchase a "plan" so it will operate?
