in Zucks place I would have already lost the plot when that geriatric kept asking about the idea of Facebook becoming a paid service if you wanted to get out of the targeted ads.
Zuck just said, well you can get random ads in stead. Senator then still kept on moaning about the payed facebook and clearly did not understood the clear answer he had been giving. As much as i think Zuck is a creepy freak, i have to admire his patience in sitting through this crap. at least 60-80% of the questions asked are absolutely pointless. He's now saying something bout cookies, i'm sure half the senators think "oooh cookies, i hope they are almand cookies"

Zuckerberg wants government regulation. It absolves him from having to make decisions about content, and after he helps make sure they are too complicated for a startup to implement, it ensures Facebook will have a government-sanctioned monopoly.
