What's the benefit of such a plate? Seems more like a money grab (at $700 a plate plus $7 a month fee) than for 'safety'.
And what's to stop a thief from taking the plate off the car? Or the driver from changing the plate number while committing a crime? Or from someone displaying a 'back off' when being tailgated? It just seems overly complicated and expensive for something so futile especially when cars already have GPS locators on them (and the people driving them have phones with GPS on them). |
