Porsche 911 3.2 Turn signal

Hi

I recently installed a Momo steering wheel on the Porsche. The reset for the turn signal on the steering hub does not work all that great.

The turn signal stalk feels like it going to break if you try to cancel the TS manually.

A buddy suggested I use a Tapturn (TapTurn - home) or similar relay that will give you a programmable 3 to 5 flashes just by pushing the stalk left or right without fully engaging the switch.

Would something like this work on the Porsche ? Anyone have one fitted ?
