Good thing he's in VA and not MD. VA is all business about executions and has a relatively short wait between sentencing and execution.
Remember when that nutbag Kasi shot up those folks in front of the CIA about 15 yrs. ago? The FBI went to Pakistan and nabbed him. They turned him over to Fairfax County for prosecution, since Virginia is so much faster as executing people that the feds. |

These were terrible crimes and the whole region was in fear. The only interesting part of this case is how this guy slipped away and how the profilers work was never used properly by the P.D.

This will make you guys feel a little better.
When his trial was going on in Fairfax, the cops put an electric belt on his waist so they could subdue him instantly if he got out of line in court. I don't recall where I read it, but apparently, they juiced him several times when he was out of the courtroom and it was a LOT more powerful than a TASER, as in he shat himself every time, dropped like a fly and had to be cleaned up. I never heard about him giving the cops or judge any trouble. He just got an "ooops" zap a few times. |
