Not really. I know I'm not in the least bit ashamed of screaming and raising my hands in the front row at concerts I've been to and I still do it at the tender age of 39. Celebrities are not in positions of power and they aren't judged by history. Politicians never deserve adulation under any circumstance. I may regret some of my past votes, but I never clamored to get a politician's sweat on my clothes or to grab their hand. Maybe it's because I used to work on the Hill and met so many of these guys. I just don't get the mindless hero worship of any POTUS, especially this one. Whether you agree with his politics or not, the man has an extremely light resume and he's about to be relegated to lame duck status for the next few years.
