I dunno. It's been a long time, but I dimly remember something about liberals proclaiming an era of "new civility." They were going to be super-sensitive to any rhetoric that might, via a couple of degrees of separation, be related to violence. You know: military metaphors, that kind of thing. No more talking about "attacks," or "campaigns," or "crosshairs" or "battlegrounds." No. From now on, it will only be conciliatory language, like "I'll f**k you in the ass, you ******!" As on this video, at around 7:30.

Unions foster greed, narcissism, and hate. Socialism = sickness.

Plenty of loose cannons on both the Left and Right. Easy to pick out single events, point fingers and cast a wide blanket blaming the other side.

What this does is detract from a serious discussion- A real two-way exchange of ideas.

Difficult to have true discussions with so much emotion thrown into the mix......

Please provide an example of someone, anyone, backing governor Walker in WI physically assaulting a pro-union member. Whenever unions are involved, thugs appear to be on one side of the debate. Surprise, surprise.

When the left gets exposed for the POS they are, they say oh no, everyone's doing it not just us.

But if they get a chance to expose someone on the right doing something wrong, it's all over the news, the left can't talk about anyone else, they are totally outraged.
Hell they even plant their own left-wing low-lifes (redundant I know) into tea party events in an attempt to discredit the right.

Exactly my point. Talking about this example of scum, however true, steers us away from talking about policy. Nobody on the Left is going to have their mind changed because we point fingers at a whack-job.

You could drive yourself crazy trying to reason with these union people. We'll never convince them to abandon their entitlement mentality. All we can do is expose their antics to sane people, who will then vote for politicians who have the guts to stand up to them.

Leftman, there are none, not even one.

There are thousands upon thousands of conservatives who are forced to pay union dues because they are required to do so as a condition of their employment or perhaps membership in a professional society. Many even opt out of union membership, because it is so reprehensible to them, and still pay the vig.

I fit the above description, my brother works for the state here and it is true of him as well.
