U mean that all of those ice-core records -which so much 'science' was based-- isn't the final word, and ALL that we needed to know about our upcoming inferno planet?
btw, no pay wall? How are you going to tell us that we are all cheap idiots, again?

Ah yes, the bad ol' days, when women washed cloths on rocks in the river and disease was rampant. . . SUCH a better planet.

I'm waiting for the article that dates back to before single-celled organisms started producing oxygen from the vast oceans of the Earth and stating that we are the cause that CO2 has been increasing (in the atmosphere) since.

here is a fun fact for you:
the worst extinction event in all of Earth's history was when single-celled organisms started producing oxygen (!) it was real rough on anaerobes (some survived like tetanus) but it worked out pretty good for the rest of us aerobic folks |

So its natural for some species to go extinct. So much for the endangered species act! Better them than me....

Can scientists tell us about the atmospheric conditions 200, 500 or 2000 years ago?
Without speculation. Solid, undeniable, facts only? KT

Over what time period, the last 50, 100 or 150 years? Civilization was pretty darn different even in 1911 from what it is now. We were more agrarian, we, for the most part, didn't have internal combustion engines for travel, moving goods, agriculture. Most people did not live in the cities. Compared to where we are as a civilization now, life 150 years ago wasn't a whole lot different than 1,000 years ago.
