Forget Weiner, he's just a pathetic little turd from the left-wing fever swamp. The real story is how the MSM, with a few exceptions, basically tried to cover for Weiner by focusing their attention on Andrew Breitbart. Just like Drudge forced Clinton to fess up, and Powerline nailed Rather, Breitbart is holding the leftist MSMs feet to the fire on Weinergate scandal. We don't have an independent press in this country, so the conservative blogosphere has had to pick up the slack. Thankfully, they're getting pretty good at it.

Flipping thru the channels yesterday and obviously the big story was Weinners confession which was covered by mostly everyone except...you guessed it..MSNBC. They were talking about Palin. I was actually feeling a little embarrassed for them.

My wife was surfing and I walked by and saw coverage on 2 different MSNBC shows.

Both had guests from each party to discuss the issue.

I guess his first story didn't hold up and now he's trying the soft approach.

The MSM treated this the same way they did Edwards- ignored it for as long as they could and denigrated the source. No wonder the approval ratings of journalists are below used car salesmen. When you contrast that with how they treat Republicans it's pretty disgusting.
