Sandy McMillin Allegedly Kicked Out Of Walmart For Wearing A String Bikini (VIDEO)

She was kicked out of a Walmart - health hazard they said; BUT then a local TV Stn. sent a hot looking young woman with no or small tats in to the same Walmart. She went around to the food area clerks and asked them for help and got it; none asked her to leave. I don't know if this national media site has pics of the attractive woman as I'm not about to look at the video. But I can attest to the fact that she was very attractive in her string bikini. The TV Stn. made sure she was dressed the same as the older, shaven, heavily tatooed woman.

IIRC, it was the local Fox Stn. BTW.

I have not discussed this with my "liberal friends" yet, but did discuss it over a very nice Corsican French dinner with a Republican friend. We both agreed they should have kicked her out - cover up if you are old and/or ugly, but that they were stupid to lie about the reason.

Expect them to either pay her off or get sued.

not sure why the parfessor found it pertinent to post this thread, but it is amusing.

that lady is fugly. that said, walmart can kick whoever they want out of their store. the lady says she is embarrassed, well, she should be. only a complete twit would think it is appropriate to wear a bikini top into a business. frankly, it wouldn't bother me to see her in walmart, or wherever, but i don't think it appropriate even if the woman is 'hot'.

its like the gay male couple down the road a couple of blocks wearing tighty tight speedo's to do their lawn work. i found it hilarious when i drove by. the neighbors not so much. the police got involved, etc.

sometimes making a statement is not the right thing to do. YMMV

I don't normally read it (tho I suspect it is a lot less weird than FAux Noise).

I read the article in the local paper a few days ago; and it then popped up on Google News with a link. I have not read the link, nor seen the video.

I thought it was amusing, also interesting because no store can kick out anyone they want to, despite what nutnor posted just above. Instead, federal and state laws restrict who can be "kicked out." In her case, she is no claiming that she was kicked out for being disabled (said she was using a cane when there).

As many have previously observed being fugly, and/or obese is no bar to being a Walmart Shopper.

As the TV Stn. proved having tats or a string bikini isn't either.

Now, the issue become what combination of fugly, tatoos, string bikini can get you kicked out. Like I said, it looks like they made a mistake in claiming health reasons.

the Equal Protection clause of the US Constitution is one bar - there are others, including federal and state laws

I go into places all the time that have dress codes, you can be kicked out for not dressing appropriately. Why should WalMart be any different.

anyway, it just seems like they chose a fairly benign example to kick out of their store.

methinks that there is more to the story. they also gave her the option of putting a shirt on. i don't think she has a leg to stand on. then again, it is the court system of the USSA.

Is this an example of a corporation acting badly, or an individual acting badly? In any case, I think Wal Mart was as badly injured by her appearance as she was by their plea for decency.
