How hard is it for you to actually respond in a realistic manner to anything? You don't appear to have the ability to manage a civil response to a simple question or actually provide support for assertions you make.

I too find it a bit curious....I have directed a few questions his way which there was no real attempt on his part to respond. I think he seems fairly intelligent, but I am forming the opinion that he tends to prefer to snipe at the positions raised by others rather than risking the exposure of his personal beliefs on various matters. Seen THAT behaviour many times in my travels and usually just take the offender out as it creates dysfunction in a group.

Mr. Webb, may we seek commentary? My reasoning for the request is that, contrary to your cautioning comment to me in another thread about the need to not be overly swayed by like-minded people who form your circle of friends, I actually do welcome dissent and debate. As an example, even though I am one of your "goons", the management teams I form have been characterized as being eclectic and iconoclastic, I like having people off the wall in their thinking relative to my own beliefs - but they have to state their beliefs otherwise they are without any value.
