Dang I bet the Buddhist monks were out killing cops yet again. Maybe it was the Amish.

Mystery to me why the Buddhist monks would need AKs when their Kung fu is so much superior to ours.

This will sway the election there, according to the article it was looking like a four way tie.

I liked Paris despite it smelling like piss after a hard rain.

Not sure I'd want to go back these days.

Alt right as defined in the US, no, they are not. They are members of the progressive lib protected victim group.....Muslim Islamists. I guess that makes them on your team.

The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack, according to the group's Amaq news agency.

It identified the attacker as one of its soldiers, naming him as Abu Yousif, the Belgian.

A witness told Reuters that a man got out of a car at the scene and began shooting with a machine gun. A police source also said more shots had been fired at another location near the scene.

ISIS are really very stupid. Now I can guarantee Le Pen will be elected, and serious measures will be taken against radical islamist terrorists. Well done, idiots.

France/Paris has a large Muslim pop and you will always find an element within that are literalist Islamists. They also have some real no go zones for officials (cops/fire/emergency responders)....the religion of peace you know.

How about the Church of Climate Change....you'd allow them right? Or those that believe in Atheism. They are good.
What about the alt left gun nuts?

You just have your own special beliefs and are intolerant of others with a dif view point.

A blather like that simply clouds the issue and gives cover and concealment to the real perps.

You are a whack a mole every time this event (Islamism) happens with the exact same screed.

Britain and France have a long history of involvement in the middle east, and that often comes back to bite them in the arse.

Quote:
Most damaging to Franco-Arab relations, however, was the Suez Crisis. It greatly diminished France's reputation in the region. France openly supported the Israeli attack on the Sinai peninsula, and was working against Nasser, then a popular figure in the Middle East. The Suez Crisis also made France and the United Kingdom look again like imperialist powers attempting to impose their will upon weaker nations.[124] Another hindrance to France's relations with the Arab Middle East was its close alliance with Israel during the 1950s.
It's not any one thing to be clear.

They are not Muslim, and that's enough.

History is much more important over there than over here.

The CBC sent a reporter once to the Iraq/Syria border to see what the locals were chatting about at the local coffee houses.

They were embroiled in discussions about history, history which would seem irrelevant to us westerners, but was everything to them.

Re-read Osama bin Laden's Letter(s) to America where he rants about the Iberian peninsula (Spain).

These folks don't let anything go, they pine over it generation after generation.

They literally have nothing better to do.

You have to get into the tribal mindset to understand.

When a Detroit sports team plays in Chicago the history comes into it, it's sort of like that.

And remember the whole tit for tat Sunni-Shia thing is all about history.

he looks to be far closer to the truth
then raver's delusions of liberal moslems on the attack

I see religious rightwing nuts godbothered to the extreme
they are not the same as our godbothered alt-right
but similar in aims and goals
if not methods currently used to reach those aims and goals
