I'm heading down there on Tuesday, but I have track days Friday and Saturday at Portland, so won't be coming back until Sunday. I'll let the Vancouver crowd know about it while I'm down there though.
Mind you, Friday night might be a "late one", so they may not be there that early.  Last month we ended up getting cut off at the Hooters after our track day... HOW THE HELL DO YOU GET CUT OFF AT A HOOTERS?! ... made for a late return trip home the next day though. |

I'm looking forward to a drive this saturday -- I dunno if I would be up for a drive to portland though -- too long, I have stuff to do in the afternoon.

Thanks for the PM, Scooter.
Got the tires last week and went for an extra day of roaming through Oregon to try them out. Potland is too far, and usually too hot for me. But, anther run to Mt. Hood is in the cards. My usual routine: Arrive in the evening in The Dalles, get Becks beer and a Veggy-Pizza from Spooky's, watch Baseball, get up early to have breakfast at Cousin's around six, then drive all morning thru the country towards Mt. Hood. Blue sky, sun roof open, RD on. That's living!

Pozican, we always have people show up, so there is no real reason to ask in advance. Just show up. There are many others that will be there, but won't say they are coming.

I already drove down last Sunday and saw most of the cars at the event. Regardless of heat, traffic or whatever....it was well worth it. I just have too much going on to go down next weekend.
