Yeah, I work every other Sat and that ALWAYS conflicts with the XXX meets. Anybody up for switching it to the first or third Saturday? Until then, I have arranged to go into work an hour late so I can hang out until 9:30 or so.

assuming you work every other saturday starting in march, you would work; march 11, 25 (second saturday is march 11) april 8, 22 (second saturday is april 8) may 6, 20 (second saturday is may 13) you wouldn't be able to make the march 11 and april 8 xxx events but you would be able to make the may 13th event. if you work every other saturday, moving the triple-xxx event to ANY saturday would eventually conflict with your schedule, because they will overlap at times regardless of which saturday we pick. does that make sense? or did you mean you work every second saturday each month?

I know, I have done the math and it "should" work out. But with the unpredictability of the past events, it seemed that I ended up working almost every Saturday that there was a meet. I know it does not make much sense. In the mean time I will just show up for the first hour and then it is off to work to pay for more Porsche parts!

OK, so...Northenders?
Who would like to caravan down the Snoqualmie Valley backroads to the XXX next Saturday morning? PM or email me for directions if need be. Edit: I had the day wrong...Saturday, not Sunday.

Drago-
There's a few of us hooking up at the Peace Arch border crossing on our way down... for those of us that are "Snoqualmie Valley" ignorant, is this something we could join in on the way down? If so, what time do you think we'd have to leave the Arch to hook up with you? |

'northenders' are probably no further north than everett;
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=everett,+wa which is a good 1.5hours (or 1porsche hour) away; http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&saddr=blaine,+wa&daddr=everett,+wa

Hey Jeff,
What Peter said. I'm in the Mill Creek area which is just Northeast of the I-5/405 interchange. We usually take backroads in the Snoqualmie Valley, which is just a little more east from me, down south to Issaquah. Sure beats freeway drivin' even if it does take a little longer. If the XXX event starts at 8:30am I figure we'll be leaving from my place around 7:30am. I'll reply to your PM w/ a cell and directions. ~Marc (P.S. to all that I've been promising directions I can't find the file right now...be patient, it's around somewhere) ![]() If any of you other guys that I've sent them to before still has a copy I would appreciate it if you could fire me back a copy...please?

If so, good memory. For those who don't know the story, my FIL bought a used '86 944 in roughly '88 or so and drove it until he 'sold' it to me for the princely sum of $200.00 in early 2000. His greatest claim to fame was that he had never changed the timing belt!!! Good thing he drove it like a Grandpa. ![]() I'll give you guys one single guess what the first thing I had done to the car was... Hint: Unfortunately it wasn't the timing belt. ![]()
