Well Jeff, you've got a blue car and a red car......I guess I'll have to add my white car just to help keep you out of trouble. Any more colors out there want to join us?

of course he said he was going to hang out here tonight but i have yet to see his a$$ over here...

i might join you in the brown car but if I'm not at the store by 7:30 i wont be there

A good turn out, as usual. Lots of longhoods showed up. I guess the good weather got them out of the garage.

Chris and I will be at the Cathcart Store at 7:30 for the usual north enders' drive down. I might even have my car together by then. If not, I'll be riding shotgun with Chris.

The easiest way to get there from Granite Falls is to get on southbound Highway 9. Go through Snohomish, and about halfway up the hill to Clearview, you want to turn left (east) on 164th. There is a left turn lane there, and some new construction right next to the intersection, so it should be easy to find. Go about a mile down the hill on 164th, which ends in a "T" intersection. The Cathcart Store is right there, on the right hand side. It's a natural wood finished building. It's closed right now (had a fire some time back). From there, we hop onto Elliot Road, and take it down to High Bridge and the west valley road. It's a great drive. Anyway, here is a map to the store:

Damn... Scooter really is gone. He wouldn't have let me get off that easily with my last post.

I'll be there for breakfast and I'm signed up for the dyno day, but Gerber has my distributor and I don't know when I'm getting it back. So I may or may not make it to Cathcart.

BTW, do you remember how much your distributor rebuild cost from Intl. Auto Electric?

Barry charged around $300 to rebuild and recurve it. My donor was pretty hammered, though, so I'm not sure if that's in line with what it would cost for one in generally good shape to begin with. Mine needed everything; literally every part save for the housing and shaft are new.

Thanks. I believe mine just needs the bushings and springs replaced, so I'll expecting something significantly lower.

My son had fun looking at all the "cool" cars. Thought I'd share his pictures.
