Yup, this is a Saturday event. And yup, Drago, I'll be joining you folks for the drive down. 7:30 Saturday morning at your place then.

Anyone care if I show up just for the breakfast and meet the group?

Most likely won't have the car back together by next weekend.

no problem, just make sure you bring your key to prove you own a porsche!

(just kidding, you don't even have to own a p-car to come to this event.)

No problem. I can bring the key and the bills that tend to go with the key....................

Might also get a co-worker who has a 914 to tag along.

Hey guys,

Porsche newb here, just got a '85 928S (auto tranny) a few weeks ago (and just sold my '83 944 that I had only a few months) and would be fun to meet some local Porsche fans.

If I don't go dirt bike riding Sat, I'll see you guys at the XXX.

And any idea when you may come railing down High Bridge Rd? (watch those driveways btw) I live in Duvall and it would be fun to intercept the caravan and join in the ride to Issaquah.

From High Bridge Rd/Woodinville-Duvall Rd intersection, there are still plenty of fun roads you guys could hit on the way to Issaqah, depending on which way you went (Issaquah-Fall City Rd, Duthie Hill Rd, Ames Lake Rd, etc, etc).

Anyway, if I don't see you guys this weekend, I'll try to make the next one.

Ed

If by suck you mean sucking down cold brews from the source...after a long day of hitting the slopes with some of the best snow in the PNW; then yes I suck.

Enjoy your drive, don't get wet

Think of me if you take a run off of the top of the backside to skiers right to the bottom of the Outback chair. Man, that is one fantastic run, especially once you hit all the chutes and then the treeline.

You should have great snow conditions too...yes, you suck...for all the right reasons.

Well I did have a 1986 944 turbo that I just recently sold. The "other car" is an E46 M3.

Drago: You never posted a map to find your place.

We had almost a foot of snow, tan is fading fast, Hawaii is a fleeting memory.
My baby is still hibernating.
Looks like anything on 4 wheels goes:
Can I come in a propane-converted 1986 F-150 ??
(It's not lowered; a sunroof-delete without A/C)
Ha, ha, ha..........hm

Anything goes, Gunter. If it snows down here I'm showing up in my Land Cruiser. It has the "floorboard delete" option, courtesy of 35 years of unchecked rust.

With a 5:45 AM departure, I'm thinking I'll keep my eyes on the road... bet there's going to be some ice, etc.

Needless to say, we'll be taking it easy on our way to Drago's.

After that, we'll let him lead, and just watch for the slippery parts.

By the way, it looks like there'll be 5 of us... me in the DP, Rich in his 968, Owain and Ian in their 951's, and Sue in her RS America.

More might show, but that's all that RSVP'd so far.

2 more sleeps!
