Roll Bar Fabricator?

Any suggestions on a good place to get a roll bar built (1983 SC) near Seattle or Bellevue? I'm familiar with Speedware and may go there, any opinions on them or others would be appreciated. Thanks.

Check out Chase Race in Duvall. It's a small shop located at the owners house I believe. (Doug Chase)

Doug is a great guy. He was recently on Speed channel participating in the Pontiac Solstice program called "Setup" about 2 months ago. He was the Crew Chief. His team came in second.

I met with Doug at Chase today. We looked at building something similar to the Tre Club Sport Bar, welded in. He thinks it will cost about $1,000 give or take 10%.

I don't think the DAS would work in my car looking at the mounting and the seats I currently have. The TRE design forward mounts are a bit further back behind where the seat belt reel is mounted.

I figured $1,000 was a good deal if you assume a pre built bar is =/- $800 with shipping and then the work to get it installed. I don't have a welder :-)

That's a blast from the past. I ended up having a DAS bolt in bar put in that 83SC, sold it in 2012 and just bought it back and drove it home to spokane from Philly last week.

You might try T-Zero Racing :: Restoration and Fabrication
