XXX Mothers' Day Car Show

I bet y'all were wondering what happened to this, with Mothers' Day just a month away. Well, don't worry - it's still on. This year, however, it will be bigger and better than ever. That's 'cuz I'm not involved anymore. I have successfully handed it off to the PCA. They will be using their (considerably better than mine) influence and involvement to finally grow the show to do Jose and the XXX justice. It's still just a very informal show. No full Parade rules concourse or anything like that (although I do still have that box of q-tips from Jen...), so come on out. The No Gruppe needs to make its typical under the radar non-showing. The R Gruppe will be there, showing off our early hot rods. Should be a good time.

XXX car show space is booked solid for the entire season. The only weekend available to us is Mother's Day. The larger the show, the greater chance we have to switch dates in the future if another club gives up their date.

Don't you people ever spend Mother's Day with you moms?

Q-tips are for your ears. If I ever catch you using one on your car...well; it starts with the number .4XX.

What time does it start? XXX site says 9am. PCA NW site says it runs from noon-3.

http://www.triplexrootbeer.com/
http://www.pnwr.org/calendar07/display.asp?EventID=1653&CalendarID=4&StyleID=2&th isMonth=5&thisDay=11&thisYear=2008&Window=Same

Maybe the PCA site is Eastern Time???
