I feel like I'm driving in a movie here: Dumb and Dumber

So I pull up to an intersection in Redmond and I'm just waiting for the lights to cycle when I notice a Honda Element in the lane to my left. No big deal... except for the fact that I am in the left turn lane. The Element is in the lane for oncoming traffic!!!

Sure enough, said dip**** steps on the gas as soon as the light changes and makes a left turn. I thought I'd seen it all but this just takes the biscuit. Un-fricken-believable!

Pull alongside a short while later and sure enough: female, middle aged and blonde.

This is interesting. In my experience, in Europe there would have been a lot of beeping and yelling- from everyone who saw it. Yet here in the US if you beep/yell at someone, even if they are clearly in the wrong (as in this case) YOU are the bad guy.

Thats because Americans feel entitled to drive where ever they like. If they get pulled over, they feel entitled to scream at the police officer and not follow his orders. And then when they get tased or arrested, they sue, but they're entitled act like a 5 year old as an American.

It's the FREE country attitude we have here in the US. We're American, we can freely do what ever we want and don't tell us we can't. Quite annoying actually.
